Emma Lalor joins Global Direct Mail & Marketing as Assistant Manager of Production and Business Development, bringing a sharp analytical mind, a research-driven approach, and a genuine passion for the intersection of data and real-world impact.
A soon-to-be graduate of the University of Iowa, Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in Ethics and Public Policy with an emphasis in data collection — a foundation that speaks directly to the work Global does every day in helping clients craft campaigns that connect and convert. During her time at Iowa, Emma immersed herself in applied research, participating in both the Iowa Policy and Opinion Lab and the Iowa Policy Research Organization. Her work earned her a place presenting her analysis at the 2026 Research in the Capitol in Des Moines — a meaningful recognition of the quality and relevance of her contributions.
Emma’s professional experience spans multiple healthcare settings, where she developed the organizational discipline, communication skills, and attention to detail that fast-paced, client-facing environments demand. She understands the weight of delivering accurate, timely results — and she brings that same standard to everything she takes on.
This fall, Emma will return to school to pursue her Master of Public Health with a focus on Policy and Administration, continuing to deepen the expertise she’ll bring back to her work. At Global, her role will span both production operations and business development — a combination that suits her well, given her ability to move comfortably between analytical work and client-facing collaboration.
