Nick Ryan is an entrepreneur, investor, attorney, and public affairs executive with deep experience across agriculture, energy, renewable fuels, infrastructure, financial services, technology, real estate, and strategic communications.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Concordia Group, a leading public affairs and strategic advisory firm headquartered in Central Iowa. Under Nick’s leadership, Concordia Group has built a reputation for delivering results through integrated public affairs, project management, communications strategy, coalition building, and grassroots advocacy. While rooted in the Midwest, the firm maintains a growing national footprint, advising corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and political entities navigating complex policy, regulatory, and reputational challenges.

Nick has worked extensively on issues involving agriculture, infrastructure development, energy production, and low-carbon markets, with particular expertise at the intersection of public policy, rural economic development, farming, and American energy production. His work often focuses on helping organizations navigate emerging opportunities related to agriculture, fuels, carbon management, and industrial growth.

In addition to his leadership at Concordia, Nick has been actively involved in launching, investing in, and advising ventures across multiple industries, with a focus on innovation, growth, and long-term value creation.

Nick earned his law degree from Drake University Law School and has spent his career helping organizations solve complex challenges at the intersection of business, government, and public perception.

Nick and his wife, Jill, enjoy raising their family and are deeply committed to their community. A dedicated supporter of the University of Iowa, Nick is an avid Hawkeye fan and can often be found attending Iowa athletic events. Together, Nick and Jill are strong advocates for Catholic education and actively support Dowling Catholic High School. They are also active members of Sacred Heart Church, where faith and service remain central to their family life.
